Extreme Sexuality and/or Violence

This covers any language, posting, and/or harassment that falls under the following categories (no exceptions):

Sexuality/Nudity

Molestation and/or intent to do of any sort.

Any link to pornography and/or real-life intentions.

IRL or Virtual Threats

This covers any language, postings, or harassment that falls under the following categories:

Intent to murder

Intent to hurt someone (family, friends, associates, etc.)

>Intent to harm any physical actions to others.

Hacks and Cheats

This section covers posting of any possible cheats, hacks, bots, or any kind of malicious third-party program that can harm the server and/or the players.

If someone linked you to a possible cheat, hack, or any malicious third-party program, please report it to any Admin/GM on our Facebook Page or Discord.

Luminaris MMO Employee Harassment

This covers any kind of attack or implication against the employees of Luminaris MMO that manage the community and development:

Using any sort of slurs and/or vulgar language towards any employee of Luminaris MMO.

Causing any “Drama/Dramatic Display” of speech (employee discretion).

Disrespecting and/or non-compliance with Luminaris MMO Employee’s requests.

Scamming / RMT (Real Money Trading)

This involves any kind of behavior that can be considered:

Trading with real-world currency on any Luminaris MMO services.

Using real money to buy Luminaris MMO currencies and/or items (in-game) from anybody and/or anywhere.

Requesting/offering/suggesting real money in any sort of trade for Luminaris MMO Services.

NOTE: All decisions are made by you. If you choose to lend someone money, it’s your choice and not supported and/or linked to us. If you give someone your password on your account and lose all your items/characters on the said account, we will not support or help you with those regards. If you choose to do a deal in advance and/or wait until someone has the funds to pay you, that is not supported/handled by us. WE DO NOT SUPPORT ANY DECISIONS MADE IN THIS REFERENCE.

NOTE that if someone gets caught not following these rules, they will be punished:

1st offense: Character in question will be banned for 24 hours.

2nd offense: Account of the said character will be banned permanently.

3rd offense: All related accounts will be permanently banned, and the person will be permanently banned from playing Luminaris MMO (will no longer be allowed to play on the server).

POLICY

Use of Website:

Any portion of the site and services of the site may not be reproduced, sold (re-sold), copied, or duplicated. Luminaris MMO Flyff has the rights to refuse without limitation if we believe that the user has violated any applicable law or is harmful to the interest of Luminaris MMO and/or any other users of the site and its services or its affiliates.

Account:

All registration of regular accounts and Luminaris MMO services are free. All activity under your account or any accounts associated with it, including your password, will be your responsibility. This website is NOT responsible for any unauthorized access to your account, including any loss of virtual items associated with any of the said accounts.

Account Verification:

All users may be required to verify any information when registering on our website, including email, first name, last name. After registering an account, you will need to verify it via email to gain full access to the said account(s).

Termination of Service(s):

Luminaris MMO reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any of its services at any time. We may suspend/terminate any user’s access to any part of the sites or its services without notice.

Acknowledgement:

By using this website and its services, the user agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Luminaris MMO reserves the right to make any changes to the sites and these terms and conditions at any time. If you do not agree to the provisions of this agreement or are not satisfied with the service, your exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of the services.

Privacy:

Certain user information collected through the use of this website is stored for reference purposes only. Payments or any other financial information is NEVER submitted/collected on the site and is bound to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of our respective partners and/or payment processors. Any basic information such as IP address, logs of using the website, and account management may be disclosed to our partners in mutual efforts to prevent potential illegal activities such as fraud, etc. The stored information will NEVER be shared and/or sold outside Luminaris MMO MMO.

Donation:

All donations made by the user to the website and services are NON-REFUNDABLE (NOT REFUNDABLE), including any termination or expiration of the agreement. The user understands that once the donation has been given, there is no rescission of this agreement and no refund will be made.
